What are the system requirements for viewing content in BrightTALK™ Channels?

BrightTALK has two webinar types which utilise different methods of delivering live/recorded content. 

Pro webinars:
Live & Recorded (delivered as HTTP live streaming/HLS) - The majority of PC/mobile devices will work, including iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices.

Bandwidth requirements:
The Internet connection used to stream our content should meet the following requirements:

  • Pro webinars require at least 2Mbps.
  • Standard audio+slides webinars only require a 128Kbps connection to the Internet.
  • Recorded videos in SD require around 800Kbps.
  • Recorded videos in HD require around 2Mbps.
