You are able to add partner & competitor exclusions to your BrightTALK lead campaign. This will prevent any competitors or partners from counting towards your paid lead guarantee.
With the above in mind, we do have the ability to restrict individual accounts from viewing your content. Please raise a ticket from the Support tab in the channel management area, providing the email address you wish to block. Unfortunately, we are not able to block groups of addresses or domain names, only individual accounts.
