Why can't I hear and/or see the webinar?

Problems playing live webinars are usually caused by security restrictions on your local PC or network. 

We have a System Test that you can use to troubleshoot your system configuration. Follow the instructions on that page to perform the first and third tests and receive advice on how to fix the problem. We also suggest the simple and easy tactics below: 

  • Clearing your cache and cookies can help with many types of browser functionality issues, including sign-in problems, error messages, webpages hanging or freezing, content not updating, and browser applications not responding.
  • Make sure that JavaScript is enabled
    Buttons, menus, and other features may not work correctly if JavaScript is disabled.
