Attachments and links overview

We suggest including attachments and links to each webinar and video. Attachments and links act as an additional touch point with your target audience and allow you to provide viewers with follow-up materials.

Suggested attachments and links include:

  • Upcoming webinars
  • Whitepapers
  • E-books
  • Infographics
  • Reports
  • Links to your website
  • Links to a demo

The audience will be able to see them in a tab marked "attachments" while viewing your webinar or video and your channel will track who clicks each file and link.

Attachments can be added, removed and re-ordered before and after live webinars, but not within 15 minutes of the start or while they are live.

When adding links as an attachment to a webinar, the URL will need to be 255 characters or less, otherwise you will get an error. The character limit on attachment file names is 90.

To add attachments, go to the "Overview" area of your content and click the "attachments" area at the bottom of the page:
