Scheduled content: can I edit the details of my scheduled webinar?

Yes, you can change any of the details for your upcoming webinar in BrightTALK Central. If you make changes to the date or time for an upcoming webinar, the pre-registrants will receive an email notification of this change (if this email service is enabled in your channel promotion emails).  

If you need to change the date or time of your webinar, ensure you give attendees adequate time to fit the new showtime into their schedules. If possible, aim for at least a week of advanced notice. 

Besides date and time changes, you can also update the syndication and promotion information like: 

  • Speaker names
  • Webinar title
  • Webinar description
  • Topic tags
