Public vs. Practice (Private) webinars

All webinars that are intended for public consumption and promotions should be scheduled as a public webinar.

Webinars scheduled as "Practice (Private)" are intended to be used as rehearsals or dry runs.

"Practice (Private)" webinars have the following limitations:

  • You will not be able to generate embeds for this piece of content
  • Only accessible through a direct link and will not show up in your channel

Webinar can be switched between Private and Public at any time, with the exception of when the webinar is live by clicking on 'edit details'.

As a Channel Owner, you own the content you create. You can keep your webinars available for as long as you want. You can un-publish or re-publish your webinars at your own discretion in the manage area of the webinar.
