Channel Owners can use the survey feature to add additional registration questions for your audience to answer. A survey can be used to add any additional questions or approvals that your legal team may need for privacy or policy reasons.
Survey questions can be added at the Channel level, where the audience is prompted to answer the question once when they register/view any content in your Channel (for example: legal notice); and the content (webinar) level, where your audience is prompted to answer the question during the registration process for a specific piece of content. The collected survey data will be included in the correlating reports.
*Please note that if you set up integration with your marketing automation system, only the fields in a Channel survey can be mapped to sync data.
