When setting up your Channel, there are a few ways you can localize your Channel in line with your target audience's language preferences!
1) Localized Registration Form: When setting up a new Channel, clients have the option of setting a default language for the entire Channel. This will translate both the registration form and the audience facing buttons on the BrightTALK webinar player. BrightTALK currently supports the following languages:
- English
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Korean
- Japanese
- Mandarin Chinese
- Portuguese
2) Localized buttons on the embed code: On the BrightTALK embed code, clients have the option of changing the default language of the player controls. Note: this will not change the language of the registration form, just the buttons on the player.
For help with this, please contact BrightTALK support at support@brighttalk.com
3) Localized email templates: For the automated emails in your BrightTALK Channel, BrightTALK support can provide translated versions of the default templates for the above supported languages.
