As Channel Owner, you and any Channel Managers are responsible for the management of your Channel and the webinars that run in it. If you are not the webinar presenter, you must ensure that your presenters have the webinar information available from the 'Prepare and present' section in BrightTALK Central.

If at any time you need to change the owner of your Channel, please raise a support ticket via the ‘Support’ tab. Please provide us with the email address of the BrightTALK account you want to designate as the owner.
There can only be one Channel Owner, however, you can add multiple Channel Managers!
Note: The email address needs to be registered with BrightTALK.
