BrightTALK collects the following information as part of the registration process:

Prospect information:

  • First name

  • Job title
  • Job level
  • Job function
  • LinkedIn profile*

Company information:

  • Company name
  • Employee size
  • Industry
  • Revenue*

Geo information:

  • Country
  • State/Region
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Time zone

*Not available on every lead/company record.

Q: Can I remove the registration form?

Although we do not suggest that you remove the registration form (especially because it is now so easy and quick for your registrants), you can do this in two ways. 

You can remove the registration form from your entire channel, which will allow any attendee to access your upcoming, live or on-demand webinars, without providing any personal information. You can also remove registration from individual webinars or videos, but keep other events gated.

If you decide not to gate your content, you will not be able to see who registered or whether that registrant attended the webinar. You will have access to anonymous data where you can see total registrants, total viewers, the questions, votes and feedback that was submitted by attendees but you won't know who left that information.
